Cancellation Policy

Kay's Professional Booking & Cancellation Policy My time, like yours, is valuable. I kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies to ensure I can provide the best service to all my clients. 1. Required Notice for Cancellation/Rescheduling • 24-Hour Notice: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or request to reschedule an existing appointment. This allows me adequate time to offer the slot to clients on my waiting list and manage my schedule efficiently. 2. Fees for Late Cancellations & No-Shows • Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours' notice): • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service price. • No-Show Policy: • If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice ("No-Show"), you will be charged a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price. • Clients who repeatedly No-Show may be required to pay for future appointments in full at the time of booking. 3. Late Arrival Policy • I strive to run on time for every client. If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. • Grace Period: A 15-minute grace period is provided. • Late Arrival over 15 minutes: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may not have enough time to complete your full service. Your appointment will be considered a Late Cancellation, you will be charged 50% of the service price, and you will need to reschedule. 4. Policy Enforcement • By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy. All fees will be charged to the credit card on file used to secure your booking. 5. Exception Policy • I understand that unforeseen emergencies (sudden illness, family emergency, etc.) happen. Please contact me directly as soon as possible, and we can discuss a one-time exemption or adjustment to the fee
